General Shipping Info
UPS is our default carrier for shipping within the continental US. If your shipping address or situation is such that you require USPS delivery, please make note of this when you order (either in the Special Instructions field on our order form, or via a separate email). Please note, opting for USPS shipping may result in additional costs and/or delays to your order.
Our shipping rates are based on the weight and destination of each order. Additionally, we further minimize our shipping costs down by reusing boxes and shipping materials (in clean, good condition ) whenever possible. So, don’t be surprised if a box of “Pop Tarts” shows up at your door.
All orders ship from Leola, Pennsylvania, within 24 hours if possible, and often sooner. Note: there is no UPS pickup on Saturdays and Sundays; orders received Friday afternoon, EST, will ship out the following Monday. If we encounter an unexpected delay, we will notify you via email. Remember, if your order includes any Backordered or Special Order games, it will not ship until all the games in the order have arrived here at our store.
Within our checkout process, we present estimated transit times for the UPS services listed. Please note: UPS transit estimates include business days only, ie, they do not include Saturdays and Sundays.
Once your order ships from our premises, we will send you a tracking email. To track your order from our site, select Track Your Order, enter your order number (included again in the tracking email), and click Track. Voila!
This discount will be given manually after your order is processed. We will refund your PayPal Account or Credit Card Account used for payment.
During the Holiday Season, we continue to ship orders as fast as possible. It is in your best interest to order early! If a Special Order or Backordered game is delayed beyond our posted estimates for any reason, we will contact you immediately , via email or by phone if you have provided your number.
For shipping to the East Coast, UPS Ground, we encourage you to place your order on or before December 18th for Christmas delivery. For our West Coast customers, UPS Ground shipping, we encourage you to place your order on or before December 12th for Christmas delivery.
UPS 2nd Day delivery services can be used up until December 20th at 12pm EST for guaranteed Christmas delivery within the continental US.
International customers: there are no guarantees on delivery time frames, so order early!
Our online shopping cart is configured to provide accurate shipping estimates for orders outside the United States. Simply place the game(s) you would like in your cart and proceed through the first steps of the checkout process, selecting the appropriate Country for your order’s shipping address. You will have an opportunity to review your shipping options and total costs before actually completing the order.**
We guarantee that your total charge will not be higher than the shipping estimate provided by our Shopping Cart unless your order is so large that it cannot be shipped in a single box (size limitations vary from country to country, and even among the different shipping options within a specific country). If more than one box is needed, we will contact you in advance with the exact shipping charge and await your approval before mailing your order.
We usually ship international orders once a week, on Saturdays. If you would like us to ship your package earlier in the week, please note this when you place your order, using the “Comments” field within our checkout process. We will do our best to expedite your order.
There may be customs or other fees in your country that are added to your order upon its arrival. You, the customer, are responsible for any such fees, and should investigate and prepare for such fees before placing an order with us. Also, if your package is not insured, either because USPS insurance is not available to your country or because you opted not to pay for it, we have no recourse should your package be damaged in transit or fail to arrive. In such an unfortunate circumstance, we will be Very Sorry, but have no obligation to reimburse you in any way.

We will respond with a shipping quotation based on the weight and destination of your particular order, and provide you with USPS shipping options and prices.
